Overview

The WAKE UP alarm is an interactive alarm clock that periodically checks if the user is actually awake via input. It was developed as part of a design class at UCSB which gave students limited electrical components and challenged them to resolve some problem they were facing. Attached below is the design packet, which gives a more in-depth summary as well as additional documents. 

This project ultimately won Best Project among all first-year mechanical engineering students at UCSB.
