Overview
BOLT is a robotic quadruped developed to gain experience and serve as resource for aspiring engineering students. It uses a LiPo battery and 12 servo motors to replicate the movements of a real dog. In addition to the design and fabrication, build instructions and open-source CAD/STL files were created to help future classes replicate the project. Attached below are the build instructions with the bill of materials, which provide an in-depth construction and better overview of the project.
