Overview

The golf ball cannon was built as a demonstration of kinematics as a part of a classical mechanics class. It uses pressurized air released via a sprinkler valve to launch golf balls with speeds exceeding 175+ mph and up to ~1000ft distance. The system is powered by a RYOBI battery and is constructed with PVC pipe and many 3D printed parts.
